We are currently looking for a business development team member. The role will consist of generating sales, through a mixture of telephone contact, meeting clients face to face and email marketing campaigns.
The market sectors are ‘website design’ and ‘search engine optimization’ (SEO). The focus will be a combination of both services or just one service when required. Target clients will primarily be based in the Yorkshire and North Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire areas.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years sales experience, and a knowledge of websites, social media and SEO would be a distinct advantage (but not a requirement). As some meeting will be away from Sheffield a full drivers licence and own transport would help, but again is not essential.
We need a team member who can speak confidently with small to medium size business owners, and sell the benefits of a new website, and or SEO campaign with our company. We have a great portfolio that will support the successful applicant in their sales efforts.
The salary is very dependant on experience, and will reflect the candidates ability to prove past successes. We are considering 2 full time roles, and are keen to have one experienced candidate and one in more of a trainee role. We expect a successful member of staff in this role to earn over £40,000 (with bonuses included). The job has a heavy commission base, and hard workers are rewarded very well- there is no cap on the salary.
